Outsourcing identification card needs has been reviewed by many organizations as a legitimate solution.  Companies such as FullIdentity.com have developed solutions that go beyond simply providing plastic credentials while others have created alternatives that appear to be illegal.  Regardless of the solution, they have become easy enough to obtain that you have to consider if they really carry any real credibility.
